How do sample requests work?
On Available now, choose Add sample on each coffee you want to taste. Open your cart, select Samples, check your delivery address and send the request. We email you when your samples ship.
- Samples are sent free of charge for you to choose your coffees and usually take 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
- The maximum limit size of your green sample is 100g.
- You can request a maximum of 8 samples per box.
- Providing feedback on your samples is a strict requirement; if you have pending feedback, our system will automatically pause the shipment of new samples.
- For exclusive and limited edition lots (valued over 30 EUR/GBP or 60 AUD), samples are sent exclusively for genuine purchasing intent and require prior validation from your Key Account Manager (KAM).
Can I reserve coffee while I cup the samples?
- Yes, these orders will be placed under a soft reserve and will be held for a maximum of 10 calendar days, starting from the date the samples arrive at your roastery.
- If the order is not confirmed and the corresponding payment is not initiated within this 10-day window, the coffees will be automatically released back into available stock.
What are the delivery times and warehousing policies?
- All clients receive 30 calendar days of free warehousing, starting from the invoice date.
- After 30 days, an automatic storage fee of 10 EUR per bag, per week will be applied and invoiced.
- Standard preparation fees apply for shipping: 60 EUR per pallet for standard secure preparation, or 20 EUR per shipment for coffee shipped in boxes without a pallet.
How do payment terms work for new accounts?
- To ensure a seamless logistical and financial flow, our standard payment term for all new accounts is 100% Upfront.
- Payment is due within 10 business days of the invoice date.
- After successfully completing your initial onboarding phase (minimum 3 billing cycles) with a flawless payment record, your account might become eligible for our Preferred tier, where we can discuss flexible financing options tailored to support your cash flow, such as 50/50 split payments.
